Return Policy for M by Maggie

At M by Maggie, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our return policy and instructions on how to process a return using Shopify's customer account return portal.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Markdown, Clearance, reduced items, and Fine Jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

  • Return Label: A free return label will be provided for eligible items.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Ground Shipping: Applies to purchases of $150 or more.

  • Ground Shipping Below $150: A $15 charge applies before sales tax.

  • 2nd Day Shipping: Costs $15.

  • Overnight Shipping: Costs $25.

How to Process a Return Via Customer Portal

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Go to the M by Maggie website and log in to your customer account by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Access Your Order History:

    • Navigate to your order history section within your account.

  3. Select the Order for Return:

    • Choose the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  4. Initiate Return Process:

    • Click the option to start a return. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for your return.

    • If your return is approved, you will receive an email with the return shipping label. 

    • Returns may take up to 48 hours for approval; if you have not received approval after 48 hours, please contact us via email. 

  5. Print Return Label:

    • Once your return is approved, print the free return label provided by M by Maggie.

  6. Pack and Ship the Item:

    • Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Use the return label to ship the item back to us.

  7. Monitor Your Refund:

    • Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed in the original payment method.
