Inspired by the traditional use of sage as a healing and cleansing herb, our earthy sage candle gathers aromatic notes of our favorite traditional herbs to create a mellow scent that thoroughly renews a space. as a modern twist on the tradition of sage burning, refreshing eucalyptus leaves, orange peel, and lavender instill a sense of calm, clearing away any negative energy. Smoldering notes of cedarwood, moss, and leather enhance the rustic qualities of the scent, creating an unusual depth that lingers even as the last embers of dried sage burn away.

Shipping Options and Costs

• Standard Ground Shipping: Available for all orders. Free for purchases over $150. A $10 charge applies for orders below $150 (before sales tax).
• 2nd Day Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $15.
• Overnight Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $25.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Cutoff time for same-day processing is 5 PM EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Ground Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
• 2nd Day Shipping: Delivers within 2 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: Delivers the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Return Policy for M by Maggie

At M by Maggie, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our return policy and instructions on how to process a return using Shopify's customer account return portal.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt.

Condition: Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached.

Exclusions: Markdown, Clearance, reduced items, and Fine Jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Return Label: A free return label will be provided for eligible items.

Shipping Costs

Free Ground Shipping: Applies to purchases of $150 or more.

Ground Shipping Below $150: A $15 charge applies before sales tax.

2nd Day Shipping: Costs $15.

Overnight Shipping: Costs $25.

How to Process a Return Via Customer Portal

Log In to Your Account:

Go to the M by Maggie website and log in to your customer account by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner.

Access Your Order History:

Navigate to your order history section within your account.

Select the Order for Return:

Choose the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

Initiate Return Process:

Click the option to start a return. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for your return.

If your return is approved, you will receive an email with the return shipping label. 

Returns may take up to 48 hours for approval; if you have not received approval after 48 hours, please contact us via email. 

Print Return Label:

Once your return is approved, print the free return label provided by M by Maggie.

Pack and Ship the Item:

Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Use the return label to ship the item back to us.

Monitor Your Refund:

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed in the original payment method.
